Refund Policy

EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED IN THIS NOTICE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ALL PAYMENTS NON-REFUNDABLE!

We desire to provide the highest quality laundering services possible, and so exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us by using:

  • such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each article, and 
  • all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to articles being laundered.

Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of, or defects in, materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing, dry-cleaning items placed in laundry bag, damage to clothing from items left in clothing, damage to printed or attached logos, and any other undesired color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to clothing resulting from normal laundering processes. This applies to all natural and synthetic thread fabrics, including but not limited to, cottons, wools, suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyls, etc. Responsibility is also disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, belts, beads, buttons, bells and sequins.

Management additionally cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics, and may, at its sole discretion, refuse to launder any item it deems unsuitable for laundering.  

We will follow any reasonable instructions given by customer including water and/or drying temperatures, but we are not responsible for reading care instructions on any articles, or any special care items such as eg: dry-clean only items, placed in laundry bag. 

Stain removal is not part of the ordinary laundering process unless specifically requested by customer, notated on laundry ticket, and stained items placed in a separate bag. A separate charge may be incurred.

Customer is responsible for any and all damage to clothing resulting from non-washable items left either in the clothing or the laundry bag. Management is not responsible for any such items eg: jewelry, money, toys, lipstick etc. and cannot guarantee against their loss or damage. 

Missing or damaged clothing articles must be reported within 48 hrs of return of laundry. Management will re-launder free of charge any items which, in its opinion, were not properly cleaned and have not been worn since being returned to customer. Loss or damage must be reported, and the ticket presented with proof of purchase, within 48 hours of return of laundry. Unless a list accompanied the laundry bag, our count and/or weight must be accepted. The company’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 5 times our charge for processing the article; such reimbursement to be issued in the form of a store credit.
