Do you pick up ‘on demand’ or do I have to schedule my pick-up?

Being able to rely upon a time and not have to waste half the day away waiting for your pick-up or delivery, makes it easier for all customers to plan your day, and get things done that need to be done. For that reason we require you to request/ schedule your pickup by 10pm the night before, so everyone gets served in as prompt and efficient a way as possible. Having said that, we understand sometimes things come up that make it necessary to get immediate help. In this event, we will always do our best to squeeze you into the pick-up route the day you call, for a same day ‘on-demand’ fee. This request can only be made my phone, however.
