Unfortunately, missed pick-ups and deliveries do cause havoc for drivers and other customers in both lost time and fuel. In addition, it often times places a heavy burden on us to then process a double load on your next pickup. So, unfortunately, yes....we do charge a $10 missed pick-up/delivery fee to cover costs.
To avoid any issues, laundry must be left out no later than the start of the delivery window time-frame, eg: if a 5-7pm pickup window is given, the laundry must be out by 5pm.
