Do I have to be home for my pick up or delivery?
No. You can leave your laundry outside your apartment door, with your doorman, or somewhere on your property that is safe and secure. Just make sure to leave clear, easy to understand instructions when scheduling your pick-up however, so we know where to find you laundry for both pick-up and delivery. Most customers leave it on their front porch, or right outside their apartment door, or with their doorman.
